QUICK JOB FACTS:
– PRN CRNA needed for 2-6 days a on month 
– Specific dates needed: 1/20/25, 2/3/25, 2/5/25, 2/17/25, and 2/19/25.
– Monday and Wednesday 6:30a 4:00p- 8 hour minimum pay
– CRNA only site 
– Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
– Competitive pay plus malpractice insurance if needed.
